Terms and Conditions for New Driver Course Incentive Program

1. Eligibility for Referrers
   • The incentive is available only to existing drivers registered with DriverSA.
   • Referrers will earn $150 DriverSA Credit for each new driver they refer who:
     • Completes the online New Driver Course available on training.sataxis.com.au, and
     • Drives for at least 120 hours with Suburban Taxis or Adelaide Independent Taxis.
2. Eligibility for New Drivers
   • The $50 DriverSA Credit is available only to new drivers who:
     • Successfully complete the online New Driver Course available on training.sataxis.com.au, and
     • Drive for at least 120 hours with Suburban Taxis or Adelaide Independent Taxis.
   • Earn extra $400 after completing 400 bookings within your first 13 weeks while working consistently.
     
3. Program Period
   • The incentive program is valid for referrals and course completions made between 1st December 2024 and 30th June 2026.
   •  The 120 driving hours must be completed by 31st August 2026 to qualify.
4. Credit Issuance
   • DriverSA Credit will be applied to eligible accounts within 14 business days after verification of the required conditions.
   • Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. Referral Process
   • Referrals must be registered via the enrolment process for the New Driver Course available on training.sataxis.com.au.
   • Referrals made outside the above process may not qualify for the incentive.
6. General Conditions
   • Suburban Transport Services Pty Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and referred drivers.
   • Fraudulent or false referrals will result in disqualification from the program.
   • Suburban Transport Services Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice. And may result in driver suspension.
