Training
In order for our drivers to provide the best service we have the most comprehensive in-house driver training course available in South Australia. Our drivers must complete a fully accredited course covering everything from customer service standards and behaviour to security cameras and alarms as well as corporate client systems and procedures and in car dispatch system.
Safety
Safety is always at the forefront of our service. With this in mind all of our vehicles are fitted with security cameras operating 24/7. Our drivers have also undergone a national criminal check and a child related employment screening and always display a photo ID accreditation to always ensure transparency for the passenger.
Drivers
We employ local drivers who have local knowledge, some of which have grown up in Port Lincoln. This means they not only know the community but also the best places to show to new visitors, the traffic conditions and the most efficient routes to take ensuring you always get to your destination safely and with ease.
No Surge Pricing
We always aim to provide you the best fares we can for our passengers which is why we do not impose surge pricing on our fares. All of our fares and Levys are charged according to SA Government set tariffs and legislation. We at Suburban Taxis do not put any loading on top of those fares.
