Suburban can offer business customers that have high vehicle booking requirements with a number of options to make the process efficient and cost effective.
Automatic Bookings Unit

Installed in your place of business, our automated taxi booking system is one of the easiest ways to book a taxi.

Our units are designed to allow you, your employees and customers to order a taxi at a single touch of a button, with complete confidence that your order has been correctly received by Suburban.

It is also designed to give you a means of identifying which order was meant for who, when multiple orders have been placed, by displaying a unique Order Number for each job on the unit's LCD display panel. This is done only when confirmation has been received that the order has been correctly placed.

In providing you with one of our units, Suburban establishes you as a preferred client, assuring you of the utmost in service at all times.

Free Phones

For high volume pick-up points, Suburban can install a free phone to book a taxi. The client will be connected direct to the Suburban Call Centre. It is then as easy as giving a name for the booking and the destination. This system is ideal for hospitals etc.
