Suburban Transport Services can offer 30 Day Accounts to business and government clients, which also provide a priority booking and travel service.

The benefits of registering as an Account customer and booking transport on-line or over the phone are:

  1. Your booking will be given priority;
  2. The potential for more favourable fare prices than currently available;
  3. Once a month, Suburban Transport Services will send a transport summary report identifying travel details. We can structure your report to suit your requirements. These can be emailed to you on a monthly basis, or as and when requested, speeding up the process of account reconciliation and reporting;
  4. You will receive one account at the start of each month for the previous month’s travel. This means simpler and more cost effective account management.
  5. It is a simple and efficient way to control your business travel expenses;
  6. A benefit or loyalty scheme may be offered to Business Account customers depending on the frequency of trips.

There are various Account options including:

  1. Central booker – One PIN will be issued for the entire Account. One central Business Account contact will be responsible for all employee bookings against their Account;
  2. Single employee- One PIN will be issued in the name of the nominated employee. This option is best suited for Account users who only wish to have one employee making bookings against their Account;
  3. Multiple employees- For Account users who wish to have a number of employees making bookings. A PIN will be issued in the name of each employee specified during the application process.

In addition, depending upon the number of people in the office, the frequency of trips, the distance of the trips and several other factors, Suburban Transport Services may also offer more favourable fare prices than currently available.
Once your account is established with Suburban Transport Services, you will be provided with a personal identification number (PIN) (or series of PINs).
There may be costs associated with the set-up and administration of our Account.

Automated Bookings

Where there are high volume booking requirements, Suburban can offer business and government clients a free Automatic Bookings Unit

Installed in your reception or place of business, our automated taxi booking system is one of the easiest ways to book a taxi.

Our units are designed to allow you, your employees and customers to order a taxi at the single touch of a button, with complete confidence that your order has been correctly received by Suburban Taxis.

It is also designed to give you a means of identifying your booking order when multiple orders have been placed, by displaying a unique Order Number for each job on the unit's LCD display panel. This is done only when confirmation has been received that the order has been correctly placed.

In providing you with one of our units, Suburban establishes you as a preferred client, assuring you of a priority service at all times.

Hotlines and Free Phones

For high volume pick-up points, Suburban can install a Hotline or Free Phone to book a taxi. Clients are connected direct to the Suburban Call Centre, without the need for dialling. It is then as easy as giving a name for the booking and the destination.

Frequent Travellers

The benefits of registering as a Frequent Traveller and booking transport on-line, by SMS or over the phone are:

  • Your booking will be given priority;
  • You may be offered the opportunity to travel now and pay later. This will depend on the frequency of trips, the distance of the trips and several other factors;
  • The potential for more favourable fare prices than currently available;
  • A benefit or loyalty scheme may be offered to Frequent Traveller customers depending on the frequency of trips.
  • Once you register as a Frequent Traveller, you will be provided with a personal identification number (PIN).
